2. Product Availability & Batch Variation
Because our traditional sweets and non-vegetarian pickles are handcrafted in small artisanal batches using seasonal natural ingredients (Guntur chilies, pure clarified butter, meat cuts), minor natural variations in color intensity, spice perception, or texture may occur between batches.
3. Pricing & Integer Currency Protection
All product prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and calculated server-side in integer paise to avoid rounding discrepancies. While we make every effort to display accurate prices, in the rare event of an obvious technical error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
4. Order Cancellation, Fees & Refunds
Order cancellations are strictly governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Orders may be cancelled free of charge with a 100% full refund before kitchen preparation commences in Guntur. Once preparation or packaging begins, fresh perishable raw materials are committed, and a reasonable, disclosed fee may apply upon administrative review. Food items cannot be returned after delivery under Indian food safety regulations.
5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with orders or services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Guntur, Andhra Pradesh.
