1. Allergen Declarations

Please review our allergen statement carefully before consumption:

• CRUSTACEANS (Prawns / Shrimp): Present in Prawn Pickle. Individuals with shellfish sensitivities must not consume this product.
• DAIRY / MILK (Pure Ghee): Present in Traditional Sunnundalu. Clarified butter is an essential binder in this sweet.
• MUSTARD & PEANUT / GROUNDNUT: Cold-pressed groundnut oil and roasted mustard powder are utilized across all non-vegetarian pickles.
• KITCHEN TRACE NOTICE: Products are handcrafted in a kitchen that also processes sesame seeds, fenugreek, and whole spices.

2. Proper Handling of Non-Vegetarian Pickles

Unlike industrial canned foods filled with artificial acidifiers, SRITEVA non-veg pickles rely on traditional preservation principles:

• Moisture Prevention: Always use a completely dry stainless steel or wooden spoon. Water droplets will spoil the pickle quickly.
• Spiced Oil Seal: Press down any exposed meat or prawn chunks so they remain fully submerged beneath the top layer of oil.
• Refrigeration: While unopened jars can remain in a cool dry pantry, we strongly recommend storing the jar in your refrigerator after breaking the seal.

3. Storage Guidelines for Sunnundalu

Store your Sunnundalu in an airtight glass or food-grade stainless steel container in a cool, shaded corner of your pantry. Do not refrigerate, as chilling congeals the pure country ghee, causing the laddoos to become hard rather than melting softly on the tongue.

4. Packaging Hygiene & Safety Seals

Every pickle jar is packed in sterilized glass containers with a food-grade safety seal. If your jar arrives with a broken seal or oil leakage from rough courier transit, do not consume it; photograph the package and notify us immediately at support@sriteva.com or +91 9032441979 for a prompt replacement.
